How to Create a Paid Ad

Follow this step-by-step guide to create a paid Meta ad from inside Campaign Builder. Go to Products and select Social Media Paid Ads. Click "Create new Campaign" to getting startet.

Step 1 - Campaign Setup

  1. Add a Campaign Name
  1. Select your Ad Account
  1. Select the Campaign
  1. Select the Ad Set
  1. Choose the Status: Paused or Active
  1. Select your Facebook Page
  1. Select your Instagram Page

Campaign and ad set selections are automatically remembered using cookies.

Click Continue to move on.

Step 2 - Ad Setup

  1. Add your Ad Name
  2. Choose the Ad Format:
    • Single Image
    • Single Video
    • Carousel
  3. Toggle optional settings:
    • Multi-advertiser Ads
    • Site Links
    • Enhancements (default OFF)
  1. Add your Primary Text (AI caption available)
  1. Add a Headline
  1. Add a Description
  1. Select a Call to Action (CTA)
  1. Insert your Website URL
  1. Add a Display Link
  1. Upload images or videos depending on the ad type

Click Continue to move on.

Step 3 - Publish Options

Choose how you want to save or publish the ad:

  • Save as Draft
  • Publish Now
  • Schedule for Later
