How to Set Up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

To enhance the security of your account, we recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Follow these steps to set it up:

  1. Navigate to Settings
    • Click on the Main Menu (on the left side).
    • Select Settings.
    • Go to My Profile & Password.
  2. Enable 2FA
    • Locate the Two-Factor Authentication section.
    • Click Enable 2FA and follow the on-screen instructions.
  3. Set Up an Authenticator App
  4. Scan the QR Code
    • Open the authenticator app.
    • Scan the QR code displayed on the setup screen.
    • Enter the generated verification code to confirm.

Once enabled, you will need to enter a verification code from your authenticator app each time you log in.

2FA is not used when you login via Google Gmail.
