Follow these steps to create and publish a post to Facebook and Instagram.
1. Start a New Post
- Go to Social Media Scheduler via Products
- Click Create New Campaign.
- Insert a campaign name and select which accounts you want to post to.
Choose Post Type
The interface supports multiple post types:
- Post (Feed) – Standard image, video, or carousel post
- Story – Vertical content for Instagram/Facebook Stories
- Reel – Vertical video content for Instagram Reels
Switch between tabs at the top of the editor.
Add Caption
- Type your post text in the main editor.
- Use the built-in tools below the text box to:
- Add emojis
- Insert hashtags
- Use AI suggestions for captions
- Captions can include links; remember to manually add UTM parameters for tracking.
Add Media
- Click the + in the Media section to upload images or videos.
- Supported formats: PNG, JPEG, MP4 (videos must be posted as Reels).
- Maximum images per post: 10
- Recommended sizes:
- Landscape: 1200×630 px
- Square: 1080×1080 px
Preview Your Post
- The right-hand panel shows a live preview of your post as it will appear on Facebook or Instagram.
- Check layout, caption, and media.
- Stories and Reels previews reflect the vertical format.
Add First Facebook Comment (Optional)
- Toggle Add Facebook first comment if you want to place additional content or hashtags in a comment instead of the main post.
Publish Options
You have three ways to publish your post:
- Save as Draft – Keep it for later editing.
- Send Now – Post immediately.
- Schedule – Choose a future date and time for automatic posting.
Confirm
- Once you click Continue, review your post in the final confirmation screen.
- Your post will appear in the calendar with its status: Draft, Scheduled, or Published.
