Using Merge Tags

You can insert merge tags like:

  • {{profile.first_name}} → adds the recipient’s first name
  • {{profile.city}} → adds the recipient’s city

Example:

Hello {{profile.first_name}}, your order is ready for pickup in {{profile.city}}!

Editing with AI

Click Edit with AI to:

  • Rephrase your message
  • Adjust tone (friendly, professional, etc.)
  • Keep message length optimized (max 160 chars per part)
