Bulk Upload: Create Multiple QR Codes at Once

Need to generate hundreds of QR Codes in one go?
With Bulk Upload in Campaign Builder, you can create multiple QR Codes automatically from a simple CSV file.

It’s the perfect solution for product packaging, event tickets, print catalogs, or any situation where each item needs its own unique QR Code.

In this article, you’ll learn how to:

  • Prepare your CSV file for upload
  • Import multiple QR Codes at once
  • Customize designs for your batch
  • Download and manage all your generated codes

Step 1: Start a new QR Code campaign

  1. From the dashboard, go to Products → QR Codes.
  1. Click Create QR Code
  1. Enter a Campaign name (e.g., Winter Catalog 2024).
  1. Under Type, select Bulk upload.

Step 2: Download the example file

Before uploading your own data, click Download example file to see the correct format.
This CSV template ensures your upload is structured correctly and avoids errors.

Step 3: Upload your file

  1. Click Upload file or drag your CSV into the upload area.
  1. Wait for Campaign Builder to validate the file.
  1. Once uploaded, you’ll see a summary of the total QR Codes detected.

Only .csv files are supported at this time.

Step 4: Customize appearance

After your data is uploaded, continue to the Appearance step.
You can apply the same color and logo style to all QR Codes in your batch.

Notice the platform will create a new campaign for each row in the CSV file, this secure that easy QR code can be tracked.
