Scheduling Posts

The scheduler allows you to plan content in advance - whether it’s a single post or a full campaign.

Scheduling a Single Post

  1. Create your post.
  1. Click Publishing.
  1. Choose the date and time.
  1. Confirm the schedule.

Editing Scheduled Posts

You can update:

  • Caption
  • Media
  • Date and time
  • Selected accounts
  • Links and UTMs
  • First comment

After editing, save the update to apply it to the schedule.

Scheduling Multiple Posts as a Campaign

If you are planning a sequence:

  1. Create several posts.
  1. Schedule each for different times.
  1. View the full flow in the Campaign view.

This is ideal for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and content series.
