Data deletion instruction

If you’ve used Facebook Login to access Campaign Builder and want to delete all data associated with your account, you can request this at any time.

Contact us on email

Please send an email to contact@campaignbuilder.io with the subject line:
“Request to delete my Campaign Builder data.”

In your message, include:

  • Your name
  • The email address associated with your Campaign Builder account
  • (Optional) The Facebook account name or ID used to log in

Once we receive your request, we will:

  1. Verify your identity
  2. Delete your personal data and any associated content from our systems
  3. Confirm by email once the deletion has been completed

We typically process deletion requests within 30 days.

What happens when your data is deleted

  • Your Campaign Builder account and all related information (including Facebook login tokens, ads, and uploaded files) will be permanently removed.
  • You will no longer be able to access your Campaign Builder account.
  • Aggregated, non-personal analytics may be retained for internal reporting but cannot identify you.
